Kuva tila aika -maisterikurssi on alusta keskusteluille, kokeiluille ja jatkumoille, opiskelijoiden taiteellisen työskentelyn kautta tapahtuvan tutkimisen ja löytämisen eteenpäin viemiseen yhdessä ryhmän kanssa. Työskentely voi lähteä harjoitteista, harjoituksista, kokeista, sattuman ja epäonnistumisen kautta voi syntyä jotain kiinnostavaa, jota kohti on mahdollista tarkentaa.

Object Matter -harjoitteen mukaan nimetty instant -näyttely ja instant -galleria on 28.11. alkaen esittänyt This side -näytöissä ryhmän teoksia sekä That side -näytössä kollektiivisen mash up-teoksen.

Mukana näyttelyssä ovat Vera Anttila, Mikko Myöhänen, Mira Liimatainen, Salla Laurinolli, Kalle Keinonen, Säde Rinne, Rasmus Förster, Susanna Storbacka, Marjut Maristo, Tuuli Huovila, Emma Hovi, Krista Blomqvist, Elina Ahlstedt, Alma Peltola, Martta Antila are Art Education and Film MA Students and artists of this exhibition.

Lens Based Practices is a course shaped platform for students’ artistic processes. The focus is in experimenting, trying out and finding through artistic approaches and discussions within the group. The working process, which remains open to failure and an explorative attitude might open possibilities in the artistic working process.

The instant exhibition Object Matter and the instant gallery This side / That side are part of this experimental process. We were interested to test what it means to rename a space within Väre building and create a designated space for our work. So we did.
